1. What is the shipping method?
Royal Mail recorded, special delivery.

2. Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, without signature your parcel will be sent back to your depot.

3. My parcel hasn’t arrived next day upon receiving the tracking number, what do I do?

Please use the tracking number provided to track your parcel, unfortunately delivery can be delayed due courier delays out of Princessbraidandlaid’s control. 

4. How long will my wig last?

This is completely down to you! With good maintenance and care, PBL hair is raw from a single donor, with good care the hair can last years. . 

5. How can I purchase a custom wig order?

These are wigs made based off a concept/inspiration of your own or even possibly a remake of a creation of PBL’s that you love. Please purchase the bundles and frontal/closure from our website. Then please email your request to princessbraidandlaid@hotmail.com and we can bring your creation to life. 

6. Do you offer custom colouring for wigs?

YES, bring your ideas or allow me to work my magic!

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

8. Do you offer payment installment plan like Klarna, Afterpay or Sezzle?

Yes, Princessbraidandlaid offer Clearpay.

9. Will I have to pay for custom fees and import taxes?

Unfortunately, in some cases delivery may be delayed depending on the customs in your country. Princessbraidandlaid and the courier have no control over this. This also applies where certain countries may apply custom fees/import taxes after the package is accepted. Princessbraidandlaid do not cover any additional fees pertaining to this. Princessbraidandlaid is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
