UK Standard Delivery 1-2 Working Days £7.99
International Shipping Europe: 7-12 Working Days £14.99
International Shipping : 7-12 Working Days £18.99
Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st Class Special Signed Delivery, with a delivery timeframe of 1-2 business days.
Processing time is between 3-5 days when purchasing hair ONLY. When purchasing a wig or a custom unit, processing time is between 2-4 weeks.(This excludes holidays and bank holidays)

Upon placing an order with Princessbraidandlaid you will receive a tracking number to the email you have provided. Please allow the allocated processing time to have passed before receiving this. Your tracking number will only be updated once we have finished processing the order. Please await the time frame given for your tracking to be updated.
It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
Princessbraidandlaid is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our packages require signature please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot. It is the customers duty to ensure their shipping address is correct.
We do not offer refunds for goods that are sent to incorrect addresses. Once product is returned to us, we can offer to re- send it to the correct address once customer has paid for new postage.
If the shipping and billing address are different, Princessbraidandlaid will ask you to provide additional information to confirm identity. This is a copy of your ID and a picture of the card used covering the long 16 digit card number, only revealing the last four digits of the PAN. This is mandatory for the order to be processed.

RETURNS
The photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore, once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.**
We have a strict NO RETURNS policy due to health and hygiene reasons for our products. This includes and not limited to change of mind due to style choice ect.
WE DO offer replacements for products that are defective. Princessbraidandlaid work to an extremely high standard and we are proud of the work we offer. IF there are any issues, we want to work with you to fix them.If you mistakenly receive items that are defective please contact us with pictures and videos proving that the items you received are of poor quality. When you send the pictures/videos the product should still be in its natural state and also in its original packaging where possible. Princessbraidandlaid will work with you to reach the best solution.
You must send the items back to the return address for the return / exchange to be processed. Please include your name order number and reason for return in the package. It will take 7-10 business days for your replacement to be shipped out.
Only full priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return.
CANCELLATIONS
In most instances, orders are extremely difficult to cancel. Princessbraidandlaid will do our best to work with you but depending on the orders processing stage, we may not be able to cancel. Please keep this in mind when placing an order with us.
